James Riley

Djembe / Dun Duns / Percussion

James Riley, a South Bend, IN native, is a percussionist with a flare for rhythm.  James believes that rhythm is a common connection amongst all of us.

James started playing “pots and pans” since his youth and has never stopped. Since then, he has been in the marching bands of his high school and college, a few salsa bands, and is currently a drummer in three local South Bend-based groups (Gameday Gold, The Jerry O’Fonics Band, and Uzima!).

James also teaches lessons for the drum set, djembe, conga and bongo, as well as digital music production.
