Pierre is an artist who began their journey in dance 17 years ago. They began dancing with UZIMA! shortly after. It was through UZIMA! that they began cultivating the need to use their art to effect change in the heart of the Michiana area. Pierre has taught dance for 5 years both as an educator and choreographer. In that time they’ve found they’ve appreciated what they got to learn from their students along the way just as much as the deposit they left. Sharing the stage with their UZIMA! family means the world to them. Pierre is so grateful to God, both their immediate family and their chosen one, for helping to feed the gifts that they may not have seen in themself.
